SURVEY / RELEVATION

Our staff is highly trained in field work involving surveys at the onset of each project. Our staff complies with safety standards in each visit to current sites and sites under construction, surveying and overseeing details regarding scheduling of tasks to be performed.

Before beginning each project, we conduct an assessment to obtain máximum benefits from the system in accordance with our client’s requirements. All projects also undergo an impact analysis where the following is identified: metrics, possibilities of integration with other systems, and risk factors. An implementation follow-up communication plan is determined at this stage.

Planex also has a Research and Development department with great expertise in integration projects.

SAAS – SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE

Software-as-a-service is a software distribution model and system in which applications are hosted over the cloud by the manufacturer and made available to clients through data networks

Access to SaaS applications for user markets is typically over the internet through thin-clients and web browsers, whereas for corporate applications, tunnels or VPNs are made and SaaS applications are interconnected through them with various elements and client network functions to integrate service through interfaces or APIs.

Many of the solutions provided by Planex in the value-added field (voicemail, sms, content) as well as in prívate telephony (IP-PBX) and machine to machine (monitoring platforms, access control, device management, etc.) are available in SaaS mode.

The main advantages of SaaS implementation frameworks are a low time-to-market, zero foot-print, high availability, and mínimum operating costs.

INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING

At Planex we design customized training courses for every team, system, client, and type of project.

We dictate training courses for operators (users) as well as for technicians appointed by customers to perform maintenance tasks and system control. Each training sesión is theoretical and practical and aims to convey basic concepts to the staff, which will enable them to perform all stages of project implementation.
