PREPAID

At Planex we are convinced that the telecommunications world evolves every day, and this is why we have included a Prepaid option among our value-added services. This service enables subscribers to pay before using the service, in real-time.

Our Prepaid platform is defined in 5 basic steps:

    • When a subscriber makes a call the number of origin is recorded and is sent to the charging system in real- time.
    • Real- time charging systems use above information to authenticate user’s identity and estímates the remaining balance using certain procedures, delivering resulting information to the Gateway where the inquiry was originated.
    • Gateway establishes the call
    • During the call, the Gateway monitors the call so that the subscriber does not exceed the allowed duration.
    • When call ends, Gateway sends the length of the call to prepaid charging system, which estimates the cost of the call and updates account balance by subtracting this amount from current balance.
